Quality Control |

TCM construction managers determine that the project design is consistent with the owner’s requirements, than plans and specification are compatible, that dimensions are accurate and tolerances realistic, that trade responsibilities are well defined, and that the project is constructible in a cost-effective manner. During construction we monitor the entire process for compliance with quality parameters. Overall project quality review is ongoing from concept through completion of the construction process. It is TCM’s philosophy that quality is the right of each client and the responsibility of everymember of the project. |
